These Terms govern your use of the Saka Fasta customer and courier apps and this website, operating in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You may only use Saka Fasta for lawful purposes. You must not: use the service to commit fraud; interfere with or disrupt the app, website or backend systems; impersonate another person; place an order you do not intend to pay for or collect; or attempt to access another user's account.

You are responsible for keeping your registered phone number and the one-time passcode sent to it confidential, and for all activity on your account. Contact us using the details in the footer of this website immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must provide accurate delivery and contact details — Saka Fasta and its couriers are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number.

Prices and availability shown in the app are set by each provider and may change before you check out; the amount you confirm at checkout is what you pay. Payments are processed through Snippe using M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa or Cash on Delivery. Saka Fasta is not the payment processor and is not liable for a failure of a mobile money network or payment provider outside our control.

You may be able to cancel an order before a provider begins preparing it or a courier collects it. Once an order has been accepted by a provider or is out for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. Refunds and payment reversals are reviewed against the order status, the provider's preparation state and the delivery progress, and are issued to the original payment method where applicable.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for the quality and safety of what they sell, and for preparing orders within the time they commit to. Couriers are responsible for collecting orders promptly, handling them carefully, and delivering to the address and contact provided. Providers and couriers must complete Saka Fasta's KYC verification before they can accept orders or deliveries, and must keep their verification information current.

Saka Fasta connects customers, providers and couriers; we are not the manufacturer or seller of the products a provider lists. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saka Fasta is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from the acts or omissions of an independent provider or courier. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising from your use of Saka Fasta is subject to the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

We may update these Terms as Saka Fasta changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Saka Fasta after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
